Dr. Mary is amazing. Her evaluation are spot on and her adjustments always make me feel better. Your Temperature is taken before entering and everyone wears a mask and sanitizes.  All the equipment is wiped down after each use.

I have seen tremendous improvement with the alignments and the cold laser treatment.  I would recommend her to anyone!  Her office accepts my insurance, so that is a plus!

I've been seeing Dr. Mary White for a number of years.  Our whole family has seen her or are seeing her now, like I am.  I have some issues with my lower back and we're working on that now.   The severe pain is much better but we will have some work to do on the lower back.  I highly recommend Dr. White.

I had never been to a chiropractor before in my life. After a previous surgery on my neck and low back I was extremely nervous. Mary was very patient with me and she didn’t sell me a miraculous recovery just the knowledge about chiropractic and how the adjustments are done. I went to my visit with my knees hurting, leg cramps, shoulder spasms, low back tenderness and feeling stiff. There is no pain involved the way she performs the adjustments The first visit gave me immediate relief. I feel so much better and I’m thankful I found an excellent chiropractor with Mary E White. I wish I would have went to her before I had the previous surgeries on my back and neck.

Several years ago, I had a terrible problem with my neck. Couldn't turn my head. I went through regular MD and received cortisone shots, PT and painful guided injections over 10 months. Nothing helped. I finally went to Dr. White and in just 4 or 5 visits, she had resolved my issue and given me back free range of movement. Dr. Mary White is AWESOME!
